Independence was a professional wrestling pay-per-view held by Soul Wrestling Incorporated in June. Along with Destiny Fulfilled, Independence was one of the company's biggest shows, as the show commemorated the anniversary of SWI's first show and origins. Since 2013, all Independence shows were labelled with a number, both retroactively and moving forward.

    • Frankie pinned Jason after the Starrmaker through a table.
    • Jason injured his knee during the match.
  • The Calgary Cowboys def. C-Code & MC Bob to win the SWI World Tag Team Championship.
    • Sisco pinned MC Bob after the Calgary Crack.
    • Simona Summers attempted to interfere during the match, but was neutralized by Joanna Garland.
  • Joey McFarlane and Tannark Fisher won a Showcase of the Souls battle royal.
    • Joey and Tannark both hit the floor at the same time, prompting Jonathan Rembrandt to declare them both winners.
    • Joey and Tannark earned spots in the Versus the World match at Disasterpiece.

    • Davids pinned Necrosphere after the Shining Wizard in overtime.
    • Rainmaster and Frankie attacked both men after the match.

  • Kayla Stevens def. Tonya Montana to win the SWI Women's Championship.
    • Kayla pinned Tonya after the Ares Crossbody and using a handful of tights for leverage.
    • Tonya was forced to leave SWI as a result of her loss.

    • XS3 celebrated his victory with Christine, his two children, and his father at ringside.
    • The Barricade, B. Randall Morrison, Daniel Ness, and Jarod Barnes attempted to attack XS3 after the match, but were all beaten down by Tannark, CK Miles, Rainmaster, Edgemaster, Overkill, and The Ministry. All eight of the former champions then celebrated together with the fans.

  • Lavanya def. Ashley Neon to retain the SWI Women's Championship.
    • Lavanya pinned Ashley after the Air Mumabi.
