The SWI Canadian Television Championship is a professional wrestling championship in Soul Wrestling Incorporated. The title was introduced on September 7, 2013 as the SWI Cruiserweight Championship. The title was then renamed and restructured on February 1, 2014. There have been 19 reigns and 14 total champions.
Rules
Prior to the renaming of the title, the SWI Cruiserweight Championship was defended and challenged for by wrestlers weighing 220 lbs or less. When the title was renamed as the SWI Canadian Television Championship, new rules were put in place for Canadian Television title matches.
- Every title defense will have a ten-minute time limit. Should the champion defend the title on PPV, the time limit will increase to fifteen minutes. Exceptions to the rule can be made if the champion, challenger, and the authority figure agree to a no time limit rule.
- The title must have a minimum of two defenses every month, including episodes of Apocalypse, Aftermath, and PPVs.
- Should the champion get counted out or disqualified, the title will change hands.
- There are no weight limits, and any wrestler can challenge for the title.
